• wait for our confirmation mail message in order to obtain the CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARD under the privileged terms
• then come into our shop L&M UNDERWEAR and make sure to notify the staff BEFORE HAVING YOUR RECEIPT made that you are entitled to obtain the CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARD under the privileged terms
• and in addition 20 POINTS will be credited to your new CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARD as a PRESENT
• a CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARD is issued FREE of charge, and its acquisition under the privileged terms is not conditioned to a single purchase worth at least € 15.00, SIMPLY MAKE A PURCHASE IN ANY MINIMUM VALUE, in the purchase no benefit to any other customer card can be applied, after the purchase a customer fills in and submits a registration application form under which a card will be issued at the cash desk

If you do not want waste time to fill in the CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARD registration form at the shop, you can print out the completed form and bring it to the shop. (For technical reasons, application forms printed out in A4 size can only be accepted.)
